Willing to work on a shifting schedule including graveyard shift.

500 Call Center Agents

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent command of the English Language, both oral and written.
Previous customer service experience an advantage but not required.
Computer literate with above average typing skills.
Willing to work in shifts, including graveyard.

100 Call Center Agents
(NON-VOICE ACCOUNT /SMS SUPPORT)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent command of the English Language (written).
Computer literate with above average typing skills (minimum 25 wpm).
Knowledge in computer navigation.
Willing to work in shifts, including graveyard.

IT ANALYST / PROGRAMMER

Candidates must be graduates of computer science/ Engineering,
BS Math or any IT-related course.
Minimum of 2 years experience in programming and logic formulation.
Knowledgeable of Insurance; Knowledgeable and Actual experience on
Oracle, HTML, Java, J2EE (some but not necessary all of these) and also
MS Office Applications
Hardworking, Analytical and Personable
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

ENCODERS

Female
Not more than 25 years old
Must be a graduate of any 4 year course or any business related course

SALES STAFF

Single; Male/Female; 22-28 years old
College graduate/ at least 2nd year college, with good scholastic records
Customer-oriented and self-motivated
With good communication and interpersonal skills
With pleasing personality
With experience in handling customer service/sales functions
Willing to work on shifting schedule and during holidays
Computer literate

CALL CENTER RESOURCE SPEAKER (part-time)

Excellent command of the English Language, both oral and written.
Must have worked in a call center from sales agent upto the
mid-management level.
Customer-oriented and self-motivated.
With background in training or teaching.
Willing to work on call and on a per project basis.

TELEMARKETERS

Candidates must be graduates of any 4 years related course
Female not more than 30 years old
With at least 6 months related work experience
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
and proficient in computer operations
With good telephone sales skills; ability to meet
and/or exceed established sales targets; ability
to gather data and compile information

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Candidates must be graduates of BS Accountancy,
preferably CPA and fresh graduates from a reputable school
Not more than 30 years old
Must be analytical, hardworking and personable and
willing to extend working hours, as needed

CORPORATE MARKETING OFFICER

Graduate of any 4 year course
With strong verbal and negotiation skills
Has a desire to succeed in a sales career

QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

Graduate of Chemical engineering
Must have at least an experience in process
monitoring in any food industry
Must have knowledge in chemical and physical analyst
With background in ISO an Statistical
process control is an advantage
Must be skillful in laboratory techniques
Good written and oral communication skills

TRAINING OFFICER

Graduate of psychology, Management or philosophy
With at least one year experience in developing and conducting
training programs preferably
from the insurance industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willing to travel
